1. Introduction
Welcome to HiBrow Ink. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

 

2. Services
HiBrow Ink offers permanent makeup, fine line tattooing, brow treatments, and advanced skin treatments. All services are carried out by a trained and licensed professional and are tailored to the individual client.

 

 

3. Licensing & Compliance
HiBrow Ink operates in accordance with relevant health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. All treatments are carried out using appropriate professional standards, products, and procedures.

 

4. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full treatment cost being charged.

 

5. Payments & Refunds
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance. Payments made for completed treatments are non-refundable. HiBrow Ink accepts approved payment methods as listed at the time of booking.

 

 

6. Medical Consent & Liability
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment. HiBrow Ink is not liable for complications or unsatisfactory results arising from undisclosed medical information, unsuitable aftercare, or failure to follow advice provided.

 

7. Treatment Results
Results will vary from client to client depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and aftercare. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, no guarantee can be given regarding healed results. Additional sessions or top-ups may be required.

 

8. Consultations & Patch Testing
Certain treatments may require a consultation and/or patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to the appointment. This is to ensure suitability and reduce the risk of adverse reactions. Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

 

 

9. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

 

 

10. Right to Refuse Treatment
HiBrow Ink reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the client’s best interest. This includes, but is not limited to, contraindications, unrealistic expectations, or inappropriate behaviour.
