Booking & Treatment Policy

At HiBrow Ink, each appointment is carefully planned to provide a calm, personalised experience and the best possible results. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Payments & Refunds

All payments, including deposits and appointment fees, are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment time and cover consultation and preparation. In the event that treatment cannot go ahead — including due to medical unsuitability — payments will not be refunded.

Any remaining balance will remain on your account as credit for future use. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payments cannot be withdrawn once made and will remain on your account as credit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in the full treatment cost being charged.

Consultations, Suitability & Patch Testing

Some treatments may not be suitable for all individuals.

Suitability is assessed during consultation and, in some cases, treatment may be declined in the client’s best interest. This does not entitle a refund.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all relevant medical information is provided at the time of booking.

Patch testing is required for selected treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Results & Aftercare

Results vary from client to client depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.

Full aftercare guidance will be provided and must be followed to achieve the best possible results.

Right to Refuse Treatment

HiBrow Ink reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the client’s best interest.
This includes, but is not limited to, contraindications, unrealistic expectations, or inappropriate behaviour.
